Krum coach Lynn Larson celebrates after her team scores a point against Argyle at Argyle High School.

After picking up wins over Class 6A Keller Fossil Ridge and Class 5A Braswell at the Northwest ISD Classic over the weekend, Krum entered the latest Texas Girls Coaches Association rankings Monday morning.

The Lady Bobcats, who sport a 10-4 record, are the No. 20-ranked team in Class 4A. Krum was unranked in the first two TGCA polls.

In addition to its wins last weekend, Krum has also taken down Brock, the No. 6 team in Class 3A, and Stephenville, which is ranked No. 19 in 4A.  The Lady Bobcats are back in action Tuesday at Brock.

Elsewhere in 4A, Argyle dropped to No. 13. The Lady Eagles had jumped to No. 4 in the poll last week.

Argyle swept 5A Brewer last week behind 30 assists from senior setter Kassidy Reeves. The Lady Eagles are now 8-1 on the year and will travel to Fort Worth Boswell, the No. 16-ranked team in 5A, on Tuesday.
