Blake Fann and Dylan Burnham scored 14 points apiece as the Navo eighth-grade “A” team rolled to a 52-32 triumph over the Myers Titans on Tuesday night.

Burnham pulled down a game-high nine rebounds and Josh Jackson added 10 points for the Panthers.

Myers girls vs. Navo

Zaiah Johnson pulled down 10 rebounds and Janiah Allen had 13 points and four blocks to lead the Myers “A” team to a 34-28 victory over Navo.

Mercedes Burnett added seven points and Johnson contributed five as Myers improved to 1-2.

Navo won the B-team game 23-7.

Rodriguez boys d. Little Elm

With Dylan Smith and Robert Jones each scoring 20 points, the A-team Rodriguez Vipers remained unbeaten at 3-0 with a 67-36 win over Little Elm.

Kegan Byrd had 10 points for the Vipers, grabbed seven rebounds and had one blocked shot. Mark Nuby had eight points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals.

McMath girls vs. Strickland

Kendyle Hall had 13 points to lead the McMath “A” team to a 32-20 victory over the Strickland Lady Vikings.

Also leading the way for the Lady Tigers (1-2) were Maggie Wainscott with eight points and Ayana Scott with five.

In the B-team game, Strickland pulled out a 20-17 victory. Julianne Brown had eight points and Konisha Cuellar added six to lead McMath.

Harpool girls d. Calhoun

The Harpool “A” team used a stifling defensive effort and was 6-of-10 from the 3-point arc in a 43-0 victory over the Calhoun Lady Cougars.

Sophia Placke had 10 points and four rebounds, Raina Akbar had eight points, Madi Lumsden had seven points and four steals and Ashlin Crabtree finished with six points and three assists as the Longhorns improved to 6-0.

It was much of the same in the B-team game, as the Lady Longhorns (3-0) recorded a 33-0 win. Abby LoBello had eight points, and Abby Holder, Hailey Navarro and Alondra Bonilla had four points apiece.

Harpool boys d. Calhoun

The Harpool “A” team used a fourth-quarter rally to force overtime and pulled out a 32-31 victory over the Calhoun Cougars.

Ethan Etter led the scoring for the Longhorns (2-1) with 16 while Blade Carver and Dakari Cates had six points apiece.

In the B-team game, Harpool outscored Calhoun 16-1 over the second and third quarters to pull away for a 28-11 victory. Nick Davis and Cooper Kenner led Harpool with seven points apiece.

Cam Posada had 11 points and Jake Dorrell added eight as the Longhorns won the C-team game 26-0.

Seventh grade

Crownover boys vs. Lake Dallas

The Crownover “A” team opened up a double-digit first-quarter lead and coasted to a 51-20 victory over Lake Dallas.

Eli Bowen and Jayson Demcher led the Cowboys with 11 points apiece while Logan McLaughlin had eight, Braxton Haffa added seven and Matthew Carter six for the 3-0 Cowboys.

Hunter Howe scored nine points and Hawk Bowers added seven as the Crownover “B” team (2-1) defeated Lake Dallas 22-19.

Lake Dallas won the C-team game 18-17 as Merrick DeReamer led Crownover with five points.

Strickland boys vs. McMath

The Strickland Vikings “A” team broke open a tight game, outscoring McMath 14-5 in the third quarter en route to a 40-28 victory.

Matthew Pena led the scoring for McMath (0-3) with 13.

In the B-team game, McMath outscored Strickland 11-2 in a key stretch to pull away for a 31-16 win. Jason Neal had 10 points and Tre Bates added six to lead the Tigers.

Strickland was held scoreless in the first half, then rallied for a 14-11 win in the C-team game. Aaron Borges led McMath with six points.

Strickland girls vs. McMath

The Strickland Lady Vikings A-team jumped out to a 27-6 first-half lead and coasted to a 39-20 victory over the McMath Lady Tigers.

Madison Brown, Annie Meador, Ceci Marroquin and Isabella Chavez each had four points for McMath.

McMath held off a late rally by Strickland in the B-team game to post a 11-10 win. Jada Evans had four points and Gracie Cabrales had three to lead the Lady Tigers (1-2).

Myers girls d. Navo

Kennedy Evans scored 29 points to lead the Myers “A” team to a 44-32 win over Navo.

Kennadee Flemings had five rebounds and two steals as the Lady Titans improved to 3-0.

Myers had to go to overtime in the B-team game to secure a 23-21 victory. Jayanna Minto led the Lady Titans (2-1) with eight points and Kiley Ramirez finished with five.

Note: Myers, Navo, Calhoun and Strickland did not submit game reports.
