Ground spraying for mosquitoes in Krugerville, Paloma Creek

A county crew will spray for mosquitoes overnight Thursday, Friday and Saturday after traps tested positive for West Nile virus southwest of Krugerville and in the Paloma Creek subdivision in eastern Denton County. 

Crews are expected to spray between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. each night. Residents are encouraged to bring pets in and cover fruit and vegetable plants.
