Two teenagers who were reported missing more than a week ago had yet to be found as of Wednesday, Gainesville police spokeswoman Belva McClinton said.
Miriam Aispuro, 15, and Evelin Ramona Landeros, 16, reportedly ran away from their homes March 9, according to a bulletin issued by Gainesville Police Department on March 14.
Aispuro is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds.
Landeros is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She also has a faded heart tattoo on the right side of her chest, according to the bulletin.
Previous reports stated that investigators had received information that the two girls were possibly in the Denton area and might be attempting to travel to Houston.
