Two men brandishing pistols robbed a DATCU location Friday morning in Flower Mound, according to a news release from the Flower Mound Police Department.
The two men entered the credit union branch with pistols in hand, reportedly wearing black masks, long-sleeved T-shirts, gloves and ball caps, according to the release. One man stood guard while the other hopped over the counter to grab cash, police said. After the robbery, the two fled in a getaway vehicle, later switching to a second getaway vehicle, according to police.

1800 block of South Loop 288 — Denton police were dispatched to a report about an unresponsive person and found a 26-year-old man with a fatal gunshot wound to the head Friday, according to a police report.
Police found the man shortly before 1 p.m., and he died at the scene. Police are investigating the incident as a suicide, according to Denton police spokesman Bryan Cose.
2800 block of Fort Worth Drive — A caller reported to police Friday that a former manager of a local mobile home park had stolen at least $10,000 from tenants and misappropriated money orders, according to a report.
The investigation is ongoing.
2500 block of Stockbridge Road — Police officers who were investigating a report of suspicious people in the area began chasing two people on foot early Friday morning, according to a police report.
One 19-year-old man was caught by police after a foot pursuit of the two people. He was arrested on a charge of evading arrest and burglary of a vehicle. The second person was not caught.
Between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday, Denton police responded to 145 calls for service, made 14 arrests and filed charges for four felonies and 15 misdemeanors. Denton police also filed 16 reports online.
