A man who got a criminal mischief ticket Thursday night told police he kicked a dent into the other man’s vehicle door because the man urinated on his vehicle first, according to a police report.

Police officers saw the men fighting at about 8:45 p.m. Thursday in a hotel parking lot in the 1500 block of Centre Place Drive, the report shows. They saw one man kick the door of the vehicle that belonged to the other man.

Police said the kick caused a dent in the vehicle, so they cited the man for criminal mischief. The man told officers the other man urinated on his vehicle, which is why he kicked the other man’s vehicle, the report shows.
