Blotter

Following an argument, a man reported to police that his car keys were stolen by a friend in the 2000 block of West Windsor Drive Saturday afternoon.

“The caller reported that a subject known to him ripped the caller’s keys from his hands, punched him in the face, and drove off with his vehicle keys [in the suspect’s vehicle],” said Allison Vetere, police spokeswoman.

Vetere said officers noticed bruising and abrasions on the man’s face. It is not clear what the argument was originally about. She said the suspect was a man, but declined to provide further information, citing the ongoing robbery investigation.

No arrests were made.
