A gas station clerk fell from a vehicle whose occupant reportedly stole a case of beer from the store at about 3 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police report.

The employee told police he held onto the vehicle as it pulled away from the 7-Eleven located in the 900 block of Fort Worth Drive. Police said the man fell from the vehicle but was not seriously injured. The suspect drove away from the store with the case of beer.

The man got some minor road rash on his arm, the report shows. He did not need to be treated for his injuries, police said.

4400 block of East McKinney Street A man who reportedly had been going through vehicles in a neighborhood was arrested and charged Wednesday morning after he was found to be in possession of a stolen Ford F-350 pickup out of Plano, according to a police report.

Police said the man also had a “club-type weapon on him” when officers found him.

They charged him with unlawfully carrying a weapon, unauthorized use of a vehicle, as well as for two warrants, the report shows.

500 block of North Bell Avenue A 16-year-old girl told police that on Wednesday morning a man approached her and showed her his genitals while she was sitting in her vehicle in a parking lot, according to a police report.
