Huffines Kia/Subaru Corinth will host its 11th annual car show benefiting Faith Presbyterian Hospice from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 20 at the dealership, 6940 S. Interstate 35E in Corinth.
Admission is free, and volunteers will be on site to accept donations on behalf of Faith Presbyterian Hospice. The largest nonprofit hospice in Dallas, it offers faith-based programs and services to patients.
The dealership hosts the car show in conjunction with the Lake Cities Misfits Car Club. The event will include music, a food truck, shaved ice, a T-shirt painter and a die-caster. Car enthusiasts who want to show a vehicle can do so for a $20 registration fee.
Car classes include a mix of pre-1950s to early 2000s. Truck classes include pre-1950s to 1990s, and there will be an antique tractor show on site, too. Awards will be given for Best of Show, Best Engine, Best Paint, Best Interior, People’s Choice and Faith Presbyterian Hospice Pick.
An indoor cooling center will be available for attendees to use to get out of the heat.
