Color of Time plays Twilight Tunes at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on the lawn of the downtown Denton Courthouse on the Square.
The three-piece band covers tunes of the 1960s and ’70s British invasion. The group also plays psychedelic and garage rock.
Twilight Tunes concerts take place rain or shine, but in the event of heavy rains on Wednesdays or Thursdays, visitors can find out if the concert has been moved to a dry location by following Denton Main Street’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, or by checking the organization’s website at www. dentonmainstreet.org/twilight-tunes at noon the day of the concert. The music is always suitable for the whole family.
Attendees are encouraged to dine at or get takeout from nearby restaurants before or after the concerts. Some Thursdays, a bounce house is on the courthouse lawn for children.
The concert series ends this year with a closing show June 27.
Up on May 23: the Hope Trust, indie rock.
