Cirque Italia, the “water circus of Italy,” sails into Denton next week, April 4-7, at the North Texas Fairgrounds, 2217 N. Carroll Blvd.
The traveling water circus transforms its tent into a water stage with Vegas-style fountains. Contortionists twist, aerialists soar, stylish archery sends arrows through space and a wheel of death builds suspense in the European-style circus.
Cirque Italia doesn’t use animals in any of its acts.
Performances are slated for 7:30 p.m. April 4-6, 1:30 p.m. April 6-7 and 4:30 p.m. April 6-7.
Ticket prices range from $10 to $35 for children, $20 to $40 for adults, $15 for children ages 2-12 who need ADA-accessible seats, and $30 for ADA-accessible seating for ages 13 and up. For tickets, visit http://bit.ly/2FyCSng.
