The new Denton branch of North Central Texas College will have a grand-opening celebration complete with tours Friday, Sept. 27.
Formally called the First State Bank Exchange at NCTC Denton, the campus opened for classes for the first time Monday.
The free event is set to begin at 10 a.m. and last until noon with tours, food from the Chestnut Tree and live music. Parking for the event is also open and free in the parking garage behind campus, which is normally reserved for students.
The new campus is in the former Denton Record-Chronicle offices at 316 E. Hickory St. Registration is required at nctcdentongrandopening.eventbrite.com.
