A Sikorsky Sea Dragon helicopter crashed into the Atlantic Ocean in January 2014, killing three U.S. Navy seaman and injuring two others. An investigation into the case found that a fuel line that was zip-tied in place had leaked, causing the fire that lead to the crash. The survivors sued the Denton company with the maintenance contract for that aircraft, M-1 Support Services. Here is our coverage of the case.
